Loma Rica Ranch, Grass Valley
Loma Rica Ranch is the magnificent 452-acre former ranch of Earl McBoyle, the owner of the Empire Mine in Grass Valley, one of the most successful gold mines in California history.
Loma Rica Ranch is the largest development project in Grass Valley’s 160-year history. The long-term plan is for the potential of several hundred homes, apartments, beautifully designed duet units, private offices, and site serving retail space.
Grass Valley Home Company is currently in the role of consultant with the developer on the site work in progress and on numerous permitting and fee-related issues, both with the City of Grass Valley and the various associated NGO service providers. The attached photos are shots of the ongoing site work that is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2022.
Grass Valley Home Company is anticipating moving into the construction of some of the various housing types when the site work is complete.
Sierra Oaks Estates, Colfax
Sierra Oaks Estates is a multi-phase residential development of 72 lots. There are currently 14 homes completed and 10 under construction.
The project is nicely designed and well laid out and is a very private and rural development with very close and easy access to Interstate 80 in the outskirts of Colfax, California.
The homes are well designed with a very upscale semi-custom look and feel.
